Hi,

mein erstes Thema hier.

Ich möchte in Mint über Lutris Epic installieren, dies bricht aber mit dem Fehler "Exit with return code 256" ab.

Wine und Winetricks ist installiert.

System ist auf dem Aktuellen Stand.

Was kann ich machen, was wird noch benötigt?

Danke dir, leider ist mein englisch nicht gut genug, ich verstehe nicht wirklich was die sagen wollen.

Da steht du sollst die Datei arial32.exe von https://sourceforge.net/projects/corefonts/files/the%20fonts/final/ herunterladen und manuell in

/home/<user>/.var/app/net.lutris.Lutris/cache/winetricks/corefonts kopieren

Doof. Probiert doch mal das Lutris als Debian-Paket zu installieren und guck ob's da auch so ist.

Jetzt bekomme ich diese Meldung

Wenn das nix bringt guck dir mal den Heroic Games Launcher an. Der ist viel besser für Epic. Der ist auch als Flatpak in der Anwendungsverwaltung.

Da hst du gleich einen Launcher für GOG und Amazon Games mit dabei.

Bei Heroic kann ich das Spiel schon istallieren, wird aber auch mit Proton oder Prothon (wie sagt man?) emuliert.

Du hast da einen Download-Manager und kannst mehrere Proton-Version gleichzeitig installiert haben. In den Einstellungen des Spiels kannst du dann auch die Proton- bzw Wine-GE-Version auswählen die du ausprobieren willst. Manchmal funktioniert die Neuste nicht so gut. Wenn du dann eine ältere Version nimmst läuft es auf einmal.

Gibt es auch die Möglichkeit Spielstände aus der cloud herunterladen?

Guten Morgen wünsche ich euch.

Heute morgen kurz am PC gewesen.

Heroic ließ sich weder per doppelklick öffnen noch durch starten aus der Anwendungsverwaltung starten.

Was kann das jetzt wieder für ein Fehler sein?

Bei dir ist irgendwie der Wurm drin. Im Terminal kannst du mit flatpak run com.heroicgameslauncher.hgl Heroic starten und gucken was das schief läuft.

Es gibt eine Cloud-Funktion, aber die ist noch mit Vorsicht zu geniesen - ist noch in der Beta
