Mit welchem Programm kann ich eigentlich am einfachsten und unkompliziert unter Linux PDF´s ausfüllen?
LibreOffice Draw ist mir bissel zu umständlich.

mit Xournal z.B. kann man(n) in einem beliebigen PDF Dokument an jeder beliebigen Stelle Schreiben.
