Hallo ans Forum,
In der Taskleiste wird mir seit einigen Tagen das Icon für Aktualisierungsanwendung angezeigt.
Der Versuch die Aktualisierung durchzuführen ist jedoch misslungen. Augenscheinlich handelt es sich dabei um Firefox 150.0. Es ist mir auch, nebenbei eingefügt, nicht klar warum ich diesmal die Aktualisierung händisch ausführen soll, wo doch in der Vergangenheit die Firefox-Aktualisierungen, wie vorgesehen, automatisch abgelaufen sind.
Hat jemand eine Erklärung zum geschilderten Problem ? Siehe Anhänge.

Hallo an die Community,
mein Anliegen bezieht sich auf die Timeshift-Wiederherstellung:
ich habe noch unter Mint 22.2 vor einigen Wochen ein Timeshift laufen lassen.
In der Zwischenzeit bin ich auf Mint 22.3 umgestiegen.
Nur rein theoretisch: könnte ich den gesicherten Timeshft-Stand (22.2) bedenkenlos zururückspielen um wieder den Stand 22.2 zu haben, oder ist der Zeitpunt bereits zu spät ?

Harry, habe versucht die Erweiterung aus der Anwendungsverwaltung zu installieren. Folgende Meldung hat des aber verhindert. Kann leider damit mangels fundierter Linuxkenntnisse nicht viel anfangen. Gibt es da eine Lösung dafür ? Ein zweiter Versuch ist auch mit derselben Meldung gescheitert.

meine Frage ist folgende : gibt es im Dateimanager von Linux Mint 22.3 eine Einstellung, mit der man bei Musiktiteln die Länge in Zeitangaben (Std/Min/Sek) darstellen kann (analog zu den Angaben in Windows) ?
Die aktuellen Angaben erfolgen ledglich in Form der Größe der Datei (MB oder GB). Ich hätte gerne die Zeitangaben.Gruß, sonius

Die Meldung erscheint nach dem Booten bei Öffnen eines Dokumentes einmal, dann kann das Dokument beliebig oft geöffnet werden ohne Erscheinen der Fehlermeldung, also nur beim ersten öffnen. In der Folge können weitere Ordner benutzt werden, ohne jede Fehlermeldung.

Guten Tag an alle,
seit einigen Tagen erscheint bei Anwahl eines beliebigen LibreOffice-Ordners obige Meldung. Nach meiner Wahrnehmung wird jedoch die allgemeine Funktionsweise des Systems nicht beeinträchtigt.
Kennt jemand die Ursache ? Um welche Systemanwendung könnte es sich handeln ? (Linux Mint 22.2)

habe eine Anwendung (genau mp3gain) über Bauh installiert (Debian Repository) . Die Installation verlief allem Anschein nach erfolgreich. Ich hatte angenommen, dass die Anwendung im Hauptmenue anschließend erscheint. Ich konnte sie aber bislang nirgendwo auffinden. Ist bei der Installation etwas schiefgelaufen ? Oder bin ich da auf dem Holzweg. Eure Meinung ????
